Vegan Potato Salad

1 lb 6 oz (650g) of peeled and diced potatoes, boiled for 8-10 minutes, drained and cooled.
Half bunch spring onions
7 oz (200g) vegan mayonnaise, e.g. Plamil
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped, optional

Mix everything together and serve.

Serves 4-5.
