Vegan Pizza


300g Flour
1 spoon of dried yeast flakes
1 spoon of salt (optional)
1 spoon of olive oil (optional)
200ml warm water

Pasta sauce
Vegan cheese
Assorted toppings

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together and add the water. Thoroughly mix into a dough.

Leave to rise. When risen, push down and allow to rise again.

Sprinkle with flour and remove from bowl. Drizzle a spoon of olive oil over the dough and knead for several minutes.

Roll into a circular pizza base and place on a pizza tray which has been greased with olive oil or vegan margarine.

Cover with a layer of your favourite pasta sauce and add a selection of toppings, e.g. sliced tomatoes and peppers, corn, tofu pieces, onions, mushrooms, pineapple, etc

On top of this, grate some vegan cheese or cut up vegan cheese slices and lay the pieces on top.

Sprinkle on some oregano and place in pre-heated oven for around 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
