Fried Tofu

3 Tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash or a similar seasoning
1 pkg. extra-firm tofu
2 Tbsp. olive oil

* Lightly grease a nonstick pan with oil.
* Pour the tamari or soy sauce into a small bowl.
* Mix the nutritional yeast and the seasoning in a separate bowl.
* Cut the tofu into 1/4-inch slices and dip in the sauce, then in the nutritional yeast mixture. Fry until golden brown on each side, adding oil to the pan as necessary.
* Serve with your favorite veggies and rice.
