Jammy Tarts

8oz self raising flour
4oz vegan margarine
vegan jam

Rub the margarine into the flour to make breadcrumbs. Then slowly add water until it forms a firm dough. Roll out and cut out the required sized circles.

Place them in a greased cake tin. Add a spoonful of jam to each making sure that there isn’t too much as it will spill out and burn.

Cook in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until pastry is crisp.
